Dr. Papaconstantinou is certified by the American Board of Colon and Rectal Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He specializes in diseases of the colon, rectum, and anus. In his 21+ years of experience, Dr. Papaconstantinou has published a total of 97 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on colorectal subjects, and he is a member of multiple medical societies. Dr. Papaconstantinou maintains a very busy academic and clinical practice. He is an active researcher but still finds time to educate medical students, surgical residents, and colorectal fellows.

Residents will present clinical and basic science research. Prizes will be awarded to the top three presenters in each category. In addition, our honorary guest speaker, Dr. Harry Papaconstantinou, will be presenting after lunch. Please use the annual meeting registration form to register for this event.

The golf tournament will be held at Brackenridge Park Golf Course at 2315 Avenue B -- tee times begin at 9:09am. The format will be a four-man scramble and the cost is $78 per person. Members are encouraged to sponsor a resident for this event. Guests are welcome. Please use the annual meeting registration form to register for this event. Please plan to meet in the Pro Shop by 8:40am.

Sporting Clays, – 9:00 a.m.
National Shooting Complex, 5931 Roft Rd

The sporting clay event will be held at the National Shooting Complex at 5931 Roft Rd. (210-254-1537) beginning at 9:00am. The National Shooting Complex will provide Certified Instructors, loaner guns (you may also bring your own), ammunition, eye and ear protection, and beverages. Fifty sporting clays will be offered to each participant at a cost of $133. Members are encouraged to sponsor a resident for this event. Guests are welcome.
