  Meeting location and accommodations: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa at 9800 Hyatt Resort Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78251. The single/double occupancy guest room rate, subject to availability, is $279/night plus taxes and fees. The 'cut-off date' for reserving rooms in the Room Block is May 26, 2014. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rates.

Spouses' Dinner – Thursday, June 5, 2014; 6:30pm — No fee
Two Step Restaurant, 9840 W Loop 1604 N @ Braun Rd (Corner of Braun Rd and Loop 1604 in the parking lot of the Braun Pointe Shopping Center) Set in a homestead originally built in the 1850's by early American pioneers and German immigrants, Two Step is one of the few restaurants in Texas situated in a recognized historic landmark. Texas bar-b-que and authentic margaritas are prepared with the greatest of care, the freshest of ingredients and in that traditional down-home way that will make any true Texan proud. Spouses ' Day at the Pearl Brewery — Friday, June 6, 2014; 11:30am
Enjoy lunch and shopping at the Pearl Brewery. Pearl, a former brewery that operated from 1883 until 2001 and a landmark just north of downtown, today is a groundbreaking culinary gathering place where you can eat, live, learn and play on the banks of the San Antonio River. Please plan to meet in the hotel lobby at 11:30am for carpooling or caravanning or you may meet the group at the Pearl Brewery at 12:00noon for lunch at one of the great restaurants. Options include returning to the hotel after lunch or staying at the Pearl Brewery for shopping on your own.

J. Kent Trinkle Alumni Cocktail Event — Friday, June 6, 2014; 10:00pm — No fee
The J. Kent Trinkle Alumni Cocktail Event has changed to Friday this year to follow the Black Tie Banquet. The alumni cocktail event will be held in the Cactus Oak Tavern at the Hyatt beginning at 10:00pm. Golf Tournament — Saturday, June 7, 2014; 8:00am
The golf tournament will be held at Hill Country Golf Club -- tee times begin at 8:00am. The format will be a four-man scramble, and the cost is $87 per person. Members are encouraged to sponsor a resident for this event. Guests are welcome. Sporting Clays — Saturday, June 7, 2014; 9:00am
The sporting clay event will be held at the National Shooting Complex at 5931 Roft Rd., San Antonio, Texas 78253 (210-254-1537), beginning at 9:00am. The National Shooting Complex will provide Certified Instructors, loaner guns (you may also bring your own), ammunition, eye and ear protection, drinks and water. Fifty sporting clays will be offered to each participant at a cost of $100. Members are encouraged to sponsor a resident for this event. Guests are welcome. Picnic on the Grounds — Saturday, June 7, 2014; 12 noon
